The Bradford Factor is defined as 'sickness absences or unexplained absences'. Currently PeopleHR allows any absence under the 'Sickness' row to have the option to be included or not in the Bradford Factor score, however, there are other types of absences that should be included such as AWOL. But AWOL should not come under the sickness row, it should be under the Other Events row. So Other Events need to have the option for adding into the Bradford Factor scoring.
