When an employee received a thanks, currently they are the only ones who receive notifications of this. I would like all employees to see the Thanks. I know they can see it if they go loking for it but a notification would be better

Hi Rebecca, we added a workflow that sends a notification to the colleagues line manager as well to make them aware. I can give you a rough guide of how we did that if you like.
