Grouping the documents in the folder view is one of the worst changes Access Group has done since taking over People HR. Now is so difficult to access quickly a document if needed as it was before in order of the date you uploaded the document.

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

it would be useful to have maybe Level 1 to 5 permission and what is included in the Level 1 to 5 can be manageable by HR

We would like to have the option of reflecting sickness days over a 12 month rolling basis rather than by calendar year which isn't usable in line with UK legislation or general best practise in the UK.

It would be really useful for Admin to be able to print off org charts with photos on.

In the Documents section, it doesn't show which category has documents outstanding for signature, you need to go into each document category to find out: there is no way of seeing all of the documents there is no way to change the order of the doc...

The holiday accrual % can currently only be changed for all locations. We would benefit from the ability to change this for specific locations in line with different countries laws.
