It would be great to have the choice to show time & attendance information in days or hours.

PHR allows the calculation of annual leave in days and hours so it would seem essential to allow for sickness absence to also be viewed in days and hours. It's easier to understand when distributing absence ratios to senior the leadership team, let's face it sickness is usually taken in days, and gives confidence in PHR. Using hours is just a point of dissatisfaction with the data and will need to be translated before circulation. Jane Gill
I agree for the majority of our employees its recorded as days and not hours, which will make a lot easier reading
