Open modules as new tabs

Need the ability to open the different modules in new tabs or windows. Eg currently in ATS viewing the information of a successful candidate but I want to look at a current member of staff but have to come out of ATS, go to the employee I want to check the wording we used, screenshot or download the document, then go back to ATS, find the candidate again. Numerous examples of similar situations that occur daily, I spend so much time going back and forth and its not adding value at all
