Leave Limitation

Once the year has been elapsed, can we stop people from booking leave from the previous years ? I.E. If we are in January 2024 and someone wants to book back-dated leave from December 2023 - currently they can. Can we stop people from doing so ?

Record holiday and sickness simultaneously

If an employee is on sick leave but will be on reduced / half pay, they can choose to take annual leave so that they can be paid in full. PeopleHR doesn't allow for this to be recorded as there is an overlap.

Ability to approve pending logbook requests for leavers

If a logbook has been created or amended and has not been approved before an employee is made a leaver the logbook changes aren't visible and they pending logbooks cannot be updated further.

Option to exclude break time from total hours worked per day/week/month

With an option to exclude the breaks time from the total time worked. It would be much more efficient to use the total worked time to create reports and analysis.

Continuous Service after Start date

We have casual contracts who do not have continuous service rights but then change contracts to an employee on an FTC and therefore gain a continuous service date however the system does not enable us to input this date.

Authorised Paid Sickness

At the moment the system only allows HR/Admin to confirm whether logged sickness on the planner is to be paid. This facility should be available to managers are HR are not aware of whether they are entitled to pay as the HR Team is remote.
