We currently use PHR for reporting on headcount and this includes reporting of the FTE for part-time workers. At the moment we use the salary area, but use the deduction tab to show they work part time. We have come into problems as we are integrated with Paycircle and it does not pull through the pro rata part time amount.
| Describe the Challenge | We have been informed that the best thing to do is place a new feature request in peoplehr to include a field where you can record the FTE value separately. That way, we'd still be able to report in the way we need without having to set employees up with unnecessary entitlements/deductions. |
