Managers to select Paid or Unpaid before saving a record of sickness or other event

Currently PHR defaults a record of sickness or other event to unpaid. Please can you add that a manager has to select PAID or UNPAID in order to save the record of absence. Thank you

Deleting a previously booked holiday is not simple when selecting the booked holiday from the planner is Ok but then a popup box appears but the only option is to ADD please add the delete box without having to go through any other special processes to get it to appear.

when the Holiday booked is clicked the pop up box appears (maybe this is because I only had the one entry ? But the only option was to add no delete until I had gone through the help menu read the help notes (didn't) help. watched the video, whoop...

Locking the past month once its done

Finance Team view re staff expenses
