Have the ability to 'close down' reviews once everyone has completed who needed

At the moment, sometimes I am asked to delete a review from an employees profile for example if they have recently been away from the business or had a recent review. This means people are still able to open the previous reviews on the dropdown, which then prevents any others in that group from being able to open their own reviews
