Be able to see all absence on the Planner and Holiday requests. This would include non-working days as well

Managers don't have full visibility of their team currently as they can only see booked events and not non working days. It would help to get a full view of who is not working on any give given day if the planner and holiday requests included people's non working days as well. Full view of their team and the impact of any further absence would be hugely useful

Describe the Challenge Improvement to planner and also the holiday requests. giving better visibility
