Page break option when creating document templates

We have put our contracts of employment in Document Templates. They are many pages long and it would be helpful to have a button in formatting that can insert a page break. When we try to use HTML coding , it doesn't always work and to be honest, most HR professionals are not HTML specialists and IT departments are not always able to have access or able to resolve the issues. It would also be helpful for longer letter templates such as offer letters that require more than one page.
