An overlapping records were mass loaded to the system and we cannot delete wrong record to make the system clean and tidy.

When creating a logbook, the fields are sometimes moved around, new fields are added and some are removed. Once the logbook has been finalised, when you run a report on that logbook, the report should come out in the same order as the logbook itself.
