Add option for multiple webhooks

We currently have two external systems that require webhooks but PeopleHR only allows a single webhook. So it would be good to have the option to have more than one webhooks.

    This would be really helpful as we have had to make a decision on what information would be most valuable and ignore the other data we would like to pull from teh system.
