Be able to format logbook dates within a ripple to UK time formats

The fact we can ripple out Logbook fields into an email is great however any dates boxes come through in American date format. Would be great to be able to format this time zone in to UK formatting.

Ripples that include date come out in the wrong format for the region. Hard to understand for some and can cause errors.
