In the new performance management tool - you can only rate performance on a scale of 1-5, but organisations may use a 1-3 or 1-4 or 1-5 point rating scale. The ability to select the scale is required for this module to be useful.

It would be extremely helpful to increase the API capabilities to enhance the possible integrations. For example, adding the ability to add emergency contacts and bank details via API would be very helpful.

Makes it clearer for employees, managers and admin when the balances dont equal the annual entitlement. You have to manually search for when the emergency leave was taken if you get questions on it by a manager/employee.

It would be helpful to know for reporting purposes what each employees full time entitlement (regarding holiday) is. It's a field in PeopleHR so I don't see why this isn't something you can report on in the system. I've been advised of the workaro...
