As SSP now has to be paid due to changes in Law - can you add that as a rate of pay when adding a sickness. Currently there is only, Paid, Unpaid or Paid at other rate - surely with the changes in Law there should be an SSP option?

at the moment I have to work out the leave entitlement for staff manually based on their working hours and then add this to the leave fields in the planner. For new staff this is automatically calculated but not for current staff
