We would like to change the beer glass icon used for birthdays on the Planner to something that does not involve alcohol.

This can be changed by the Admins of your system.
Click Access Button then click Employee.
Select any employee then click the Planner tab.
Under Other Events, click the on any day.
From the Reason drop-down menu, select +(Manage This List).
Select the reason you need to amend - you can then change the Icon.
