We would like the possibility of creating a timesheet query considering when someone is on leave, sick leave or absent, including break time in order to be able to give us the missing times monthly.
ATS - To refrain certain hiring leads from sending out emails
Would it be possible to create a restriction to certain hiring leads to refrain them from sending out email to candidates. This would help in avoiding any unnecessary mistakes & miscommunication between HR and other sections involved. Thank you.
It is hard to capture timesheets if they are submitted retrospectively. We run a query of timesheets for payroll each month but if someone has submitted for a previous month, we have to reconcile to know what has already been paid and what is new....

Calculate hours for unpaid leave in line with the working pattern set up
For some reason the other leave section requires manual input for the hours. why can this not be automated to match their working pattern like the holidays are?
Our old system allowed staff to record their own sick leave. This would prevent possible errors if the manager forgets to record the the leave, or gets the date/reason wrong.
