Hi there, this is Jo raising this case. I asked George Michie and he said I should raise this on the Support portal which I'm now doing.
Can you help us to use ATS to prioritise candidates based on defined criteria - to push them to the top of the list so to speak. For example, to push candidates to the top of the list so that we look at them first when their average on their transcripts is at least 75%. Or due to living in South Africa with our laws, can we move candidates who are BEE to the top of the list to look at first, i.e. African candidates. Even better is to be able to use both criteria to push to the top of the list that we look at for candidates. Hoping this is understandable.
Thanks,
Jo
