ATS Feed - Update Intervals

Currently the ATS feed updates once a day - this is really unhelpful when we are connecting to external job boards. So pausing a job for example because we are getting too many applicants won't take affect until the ATS feed has updated. This needs to be more frequent (every 6 hours?).
