It would be useful to instantly be able to see who the First Aid responders / Fire Marshalls are within the company. A small First Aid or Fire Badge on the employee. Alongside this, it would be useful to have an allergy or warning sign on an employee to notify that there are medical issues.

A second layer of access would be useful where you could let first aiders see medical conditions (where appropriate so not a blank all on) so that in an emergency they can access both the medical info and next of kin if required
We have been using a bespoke logbooks to document this data, but specific fields would be a great addition
