Update annual lave automatically if a start or leave date is changed

When someone changes their start or leave date the annual leave allowance isn't automatically updated to reflect this so we have to remember to change it. Can this be automated?

Admin to be able to 'view as' (employee or manager view)

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

Completed Tasks

Why does it automatically default to show completed tasks? Surely it should default as NOT COMPLETED and we can select Completed if we want to rather than always having to select Hide Completed.
