Improve the planner view to easily see a summary of who is off, without having to click into each day and then click on 'overview'

This would benefit managers who are planning shifts / rotas. The sync with Outlook calendar function used to give a nice overview but the support team have advised this is no longer supported by Outlook.

Being able to book unpaid leave in 'other events' in half days, i.e 3.5 days

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.

Evo Employee Performance - Line Manager rating

Hi - we think it is odd only the employee can add a rating on Evo Employee Performance. The manager has the ultimate decision on this. If this is not changed by year end, we will need to create a logbook for manager rating which is not idea. thanks

Add lunch break timing to work patterns

This would assist when someone who is paid hourly to book paid and unpaid time off and when it goes over their lunch break, deducts the allowance. At the moment no allowance is calculated resulting in an extra deduction of 30 minutes for part days...
