Sometimes can only see first lots of names of employees within the Company and it doesn't scroll down to show remaining employees. Then have to search which is time consuming.

I agree, We have around 180 employees on our system and can only view employees with first names beginning A-C or Z to S if reversed. That's a lot of missing names. Not such an issue for Admin's with filter options and a more in depth Smart View but for people with edit access rights like our schedulers, this is a real issue. If we can't scroll down the whole list of employees, there should at least be pages to skip through.
