When creating a new logbook for employee's to complete, it would be useful if we were able to automatically attach files to the logbook for employee's to view. For example, we have issued a DSE Self-Assessment for employee's to complete along with guidance which includes commonly asked questions, we had to attach this to the email we sent however by having it attached to the logbook makes it easier for employee's to find moving forward.
We also use logbooks for mid term and probation reviews but provide a word document to line managers to complete in the review to encourage interaction and conversation rather than completing on People HR in front of the employee, by having this template saved within the logbook it is an easier place for line managers to refer to as opposed to trying to find it within their emails.

As stated below this would be a great enhancement to the overall process, and enable quick/ease of reference for all, which I am sure many firms would also appreciate.
The beauty of logbooks is that we can specify who has these live on their profile. Therefore we can tailor information that can be attached to the "Files" tab rather than adding to the Documents section of People HR or attaching to an email that may be deleted/filed away and tricky to relocate. Another useful example would be to attached the 1-2-1 agendas for line managers to reference to when undertaking monthly 1-2-1s. Please may you make this an option when creating logbooks. Thank you.
This would be a great addition to logbooks as we may need to attach guidance to a logbook - these documents don't always necessarily need to be located in the "Company Documents" folder, and would be easier for employees to find if they could be attached to a logbook.
