Adverts can not be deleted, only archived once they have applicants

One of our adverts was somehow deleted accidentally but the applicants also disappeared and we are unable to get them back.

Enable some features of ATS data (like general screening questions) to Admin. Like, EDI questions and data do not need to be seen by hiring leads. Applicants CV be able to be seen by ‘View’ option rather having to download them. Being of GDPR concerns.

Improve formatting on adverts in ATS

Improve formatting on adverts in ATS - the spacing, the font, it all looks super messy and unprofessional despite all our best efforts to keep everything the same. We select Sans Serif 13px for everything, yet all looks different throughout.
