I think it would be very useful if we could have a ‘nudge’ or ‘bump’ or ‘remind’ button for hiring managers in all stages of the pipeline. For example, if someone does not give feedback on a candidate, they can chased from the system. Or if they need to give feedback after an interview but haven’t.

Could we add to that a message to the HR lead on the recruitment when a comment has been added or a change to the position - currently you have to go and look to see if a comment has been added
