Improve formatting on adverts in ATS - the spacing, the font, it all looks super messy and unprofessional despite all our best efforts to keep everything the same. We select Sans Serif 13px for everything, yet all looks different throughout.

The formatting is very basic and doesn't come across as very professional.
Adding bold or bullet points stops the Apply button from appearing. Our company will not use it for adverts anymore.
The line spacing is a problem too. When exported to our website the layout and spacing of paragraphs and lines don't match that in the ATS. We have to go backwards and forwards several times to ensure the advert looks professional.
