TOIL - This should be an OPTION only. Not all organisations have a TOIL policy

This should be an option to turn on or off. Not all organisations have a formal TOIL policy, this is now there for all to see, this could pose internal issues.

Allow TOIL features to be hidden for employees

We would like the TOIL features to only be viewable to admin employees. The idea being that we aren't highlighting TOIL as a a policy outside of extenuating circumstances.

It would be good if you could connect half and whole day sickness together. Eg. connecting an afternoon and the next day into one entry

Auto populate personal only Outlook with your holidays

When you request a holiday on PeopleHR and it is approved, it automatically adds it to your own personal Outlook Calendar. This is not the same as the Team sync URL.

Have an option for a different approver if the main approver is on holiday

It means that if the main line manager is on holiday, it can automatically go to someone else, but not all the time

Outlook integration - It would be useful if Annual Leave could fully integrated with individuals calendars

At the moment you are able to intergrate the company's planner into Outlook but not for indivdual calendars. It would be very helpful if approved leave was pulled though to calendars automatically. This has been possible in many HR portals I have ...

Allow Bradford Factor Scores to be Reset

Bank Holidays Carry over for those on Maternity and or Paternity Leave

Bank holidays have to be carried over from one year to the next for those on Maternity / paternity leave , as PHR has this status indicated in the system this would save a manual jib at the start of every annual leave year
