We’re looking to implement a system that automatically flags recurring sickness absence—similar to the Bradford Factor model. For example, if an employee has three separate instances of sick leave and accumulates 15 days in total, the system should trigger a notification or alert for follow-up.
Additionally, we’d like to define rules for calculating whether sick leave is paid, partially paid, or unpaid. For instance, sickness during the probation period would be unpaid, while post-probation sick leave could be paid in accordance with company policy. Can these parameters be configured within the system?
