At the moment if a manager is on leave their teams holiday is left pending until they are back from leave. We sometimes have employees request last minute holiday and we are not able to approve it. It would be good if admins or other managers could see pending holidays within the system and approve or decline it from there.

As already noted, this can be done and has been a function for many years. Select authorisations from the left hand menu then ALL from the quick filters and admin can see all pending holiday requests and approve and decline if needed. Some managers are very slow even when not on leave so I check it each week :)
