Ability to customise skills and visibility on Thanks Badges
It would be really useful if we could choose whether these were to be viewed by the individual only (and not appear on the whole organisation thanks screen) or to have them for all to view - some thanks that are sent may be more personal in nature...
It would be great if there was a way to stop or reverse bulk upload/actions. Currently, as soon as you click save there is no way to reverse the action.

Is there any way that we can please have a link in the email we get to prompt us to approve overtime, like the one we get when we need to approve annual leave please?
Integrate Analysis Code 1 and 2 into Workspace Members Space
The two additional analysis (in addition to Department, Location, etc.) to feed through to Workspace Members screen allowing further automated tags and analysis.
It would be really helpful if you were able to provide users with elevated access based on more than one parameter i.e. location and for a specific person that is based in a different location.

Change the impact insights wording to "leave" instead of "holiday"
The impact insights under a holiay approval email currently has the wording "the following people in your team also have HOLIDAY dates booked" where as this isnt just holiday it is also other events so not true
