The ability to create rules for booking holidays. Here in PT we have a law that says it's mandatory that the employee books 10 days in a row for their available holidays.

At the moment an employee whose annual leave is calculated in leave can only book 0.25, 0.50 or 0.75 of a day which is does not accommodate if they wish to book off only one or two hours unless you convert the entitlement to hours
