at the moment the 'time management' is not present in Access, as the working pattern is meaningless to the idency time recording system. the two do not talk to each other which is huge downside to our previous system, meaning that each manager needs to manually check each employee's registered times to know if anyone is coming late. this might not be an issue in tech company but it is an issue for factory or contact centre workers who's availability to start work at set time impacts business operations and capacity planning.
