I run off PHR reports for our payroll using the Hierachy report - not sure if that is a set up report but it does not take the salary hours at the day of the report. It takes any future changes and reports on them as current

Please can you enable the option to receive birthday notifications of employees via email, 2 weeks in advance? This will help management to prepare treats for milestone birthdays rather than miss birthdays or manually check each month.

When you request a holiday on PeopleHR and it is approved, it automatically adds it to your own personal Outlook Calendar. This is not the same as the Team sync URL.

There is the option to change the order of columns on the reports screen, however when this is then downloaded it reverts to a different order. Change is to have it keep the same order when the report is downloaded.

Simplify the system to allow copy and paste from word documents into PHR documents without having to reformat and proof read/amend each document to ensure that it looks professional

It would be much easier to read phone numbers if spaces could be allowed, ie between the dialling code and the number.
