Allow for LOS additional annual leave to be calculated ProRata
If an employee completes 5 years of service in May 2025, I have to update their holiday allowance manually to add the Prorated holiday for the remainder of 2025. This creates additional admin that I was hoping People HR would be able to reduce!

Absence Report to include employees set up as hourly pay
The majority of our workforce are paid hourly, so their salary is set up as such. However, the absence report only works for annual. If you are given the option of hourly, weekly, monthly, annual pay then reports should be able to reflect this.
