If an employee completes 5 years of service in May 2025, I have to update their holiday allowance manually to add the Prorated holiday for the remainder of 2025. This creates additional admin that I was hoping People HR would be able to reduce!
I have the same issue and with over 200 employees, this is a pain to have to remember
