Change the UX of the ON/OFF switch in the system

The ON/OFF button can be confusing for new users of the system to adapt to. Where this is managing sensitive information such as managers viewing employee salaries and DoB, it's key to ensure that this is easy to understand.

A simple slider switch for on / off would suffice and be much easier to understand, as well as giving it a fresher/more modern look. Much like the setting for allowing managers to publish plotting under path to great settings. See attachment.
