Job Title Changes to have a future effective date.

This should be the same as:1. Company 2. Department 3. Location 4. Employment type 5. Reports to Why should Job Title be any different? Title changes are made along with at least 2 of the above, please add this as the 6th point.

document creator is not user friendly

Creating documents is hard work and not user friendly. The format of my letters looks unprofessional and takes a long time to create. Would also make sense for a notification to go out to employees that a new document has been added for them.
