Ability to Add New Employees to Existing Performance Reviews

Currently, once Performance Reviews have been assigned, it seems that new employees cannot be added to the same review cycle. Instead, a new Performance Review must be created for each new hire. It would be beneficial to have the option to add new employees to an ongoing Performance Review cycle, similar to how styles or templates are used. This would streamline the process, ensuring all employees are reviewed under the same criteria without the need to create separate reviews for late joiners.

    This one reason we dont use this. It's also backwards. You need objective set before doing reviews.

    I totally agree, it ends up making running queries etc a much more lengthy process and you can end up with a very long list of different annual appraisals which are all ultimately the same thing. Thanks for the suggestion Maria!

be able to add/delete employees after first set up; be able to edit naming of review; able to delete incorrectly set up reviews; able to view all of previous years performance reviews in performance overview page

Performance review to be open to editing after being rolled out

If someone is accidentally missed off the filtering system, you then have to make a completely new review and change the title. Ability to add people after rolling out, as well as being able to alter wording to fix mistakes would be beneficial.

Ability to amend performance review once live

Employees should be able to be added or removed from a review once it's live - there is a tick box which says 'Select this option if this is an on-going performance review that you would like to assign on a case-by-case basis' but it doesn't allow...
