Where manager can see actual start date of employee as well as current contract start date on Manager dashboard – employee – view profile – my contract. Rather than HR Dashboard (where included sensitive data, cannot share information i.e NI, DOB)
Leavers: Once an employee has been processed for payroll purposes, be able to amend or lock down their holiday balance.
Prevent future requests for holiday, and/or errors occurring for payroll where remaining leave balance has been permitted to be liquidated for final salary payment.
