Drop-down list question type in Performance

It would be great to have an additional question type in addition to the text and slider questions.

The problem we have with the slider is that it's just numeric, and we prefer Likert-type scales where we can use (eg 'not at all' 'slightly' 'somewhat' 'mostly' 'completely') as they are more objective than numerical scores. Discussing whether someone scores 4 or 5 is subjective, but discussing if they have mostly or completely acheived something is more objective.

Having a drop-down list question type would allow us to do this, and also create other opportunities where this question type would be useful.
