Currently indicative calculations are provided by People HR for Ordinary Maternity Leave. These dates are reflected in the Planner. The data is also captured by People HR for Additional Maternity Leave but interestingly this is specifically not displayed in the Planner. Therefore to capture the Maternity Leave at the moment only recognises OML and not AML. HMRC require both are calculated and that specific dates for changing employees return to work are required. As a business we need to be able to report on all the Maternity Leave and not just OML which PHR appear to be favouring?
