In Performance Review Settings wouldn't it be great if we had the ability to copy a segment? I could then copy the Objectives outline segment, and slightly adapt/edit without having to re input all the information each time...

It would be useful to be able to pull off a report of staff who haven't taken any time of for sickness over a chosen period of time as this is a big achievement.

It would be ideal to be able to bulk change "additionally reports to" and group by existing manager - this will allow us to streamline access requests during annual leave and sickness cover

Since Covid, we have been making an entry every day against employees to state whether they are in the office or working from home. This was helping us to monitor that if someone caught the virus, who else had been in the office on the same day so...

At present, we can download the CVs of all applicants for a particular role as a bulk action within ATS. It would be really useful to also be able to download their cover letters in the same way.

It would be great if you could paste images or add attachments to performance reviews so there is a record all in one place. Sometimes Managers may have graphs or charts that are relevant.

When running payroll for our hourly paid staff, sometimes they do not submit their timesheets on time meaning there is a delay to their pay. To check for any late submissions, I need to go on the authorisations tab to see if anyone submitted times...

I would like to be able to give access to the planner but only so they can view it, this will allow teams to see other teams annual leave but without the worry they will amend/delete.
