For those who have admin access, it is useful to see which of our staff have tasks assigned to them, how many tasks they have outstanding, what the tasks are, who they relate to, etc.

Be able to download bulk documents that have been uploaded. Eg performance reviews that have been saved to each employees files.

At present only admin can select wether an employees sickness is paid or unpaid as an option when adding sickness in the planner. Managers should be responsible for this.

Making this fields would make it easier to shortlist applicants, help to reject applicants from overseas, therefore reducing admin time. It would also allow the applicant to create their own profile

At present, we can download the CVs of all applicants for a particular role as a bulk action within ATS. It would be really useful to also be able to download their cover letters in the same way.
