Option to have an annual paid sickness entitlement added which could be pro-rata'd to start date in the same way as holiday entitlement. And a visible tracker above the planner to indicate used and remaining.

We too have an sickness entitlement and this different dependant on length of service and specific to user and this feature would be fabulous if Company Sick pay could be handled in the same way as holidays and once the entitlement is used for the year would flag as unpaid
