Allow for use of Document templates when using Bulk Upload of Documents

Currently if we are bulk uploading documents to employees documents folder there is only the option to Upload a document from your computer (see screenshot attached).

It would be useful to be able to use a Document template here, as you would when adding a document at the individual level.
