Allow maternity/paternity leave to be entered more than a year ahead

At the moment, you can only add leave for the previous year, current year or following year. However, with maternity, I sometimes need to add for the year after next. Someone going on leave in February 2024 will not return until February 2025, but I cannot currently enter that time frame as it will not let me add anything beyond 31 December 2024. I have three members of staff that this now affects and I do not want to have to remember to extend their maternity leave from 31 December, to their actual return date. Also, anyone else looking at their leave, will think they are returnin on 31 December 2024, when actually, they are not due back until January/February 2025.
