Age & Length of Service Query Outputs

I've created a hotsheet that contains the age and length of service for our employees. When it exports the fields are shown as text in the format "46 years, 9 months". I want them to just have the full years - so 46 years. It would be good to have the absility to configure the query to output as full years only.

It doesn't seem to want to format to a whole number in excel and I don't want to have to update the format every time the hotsheet updates as the idea is that anyone else can access the live and updated data when needed without my intervention.
