Paid sick entitlement tracked in planner like holiday

Option to have an annual paid sickness entitlement added which could be pro-rata'd to start date in the same way as holiday entitlement. And a visible tracker above the planner to indicate used and remaining.

Have a split shift work pattern option

Have a split shift, e.g. 7.5 hour day - they work 0830 - 1230 in the morning (office for example), go home to pick the children up from creche, then must log on by 14:00 - 17:30 (from home).

Allow characters in logbooks that are currently invalid

Shouldn't need to be working days between sickness absences for it to record two instances

Performance Rating Scales needs to be able to adjust 3/4/5 point rating scale

In the new performance management tool - you can only rate performance on a scale of 1-5, but organisations may use a 1-3 or 1-4 or 1-5 point rating scale. The ability to select the scale is required for this module to be useful.
