Ability to change/alter questions on the sickness return to work form
It would be really useful to have the ability to add questions to the RTW forms when staff have been absent due to sickness

This is so important because we need to capture more information than is shown already in the system and we are essentially duplicating work for managers and overcomplicating the process. This idea was created in June 2024 and since another similar idea/request has been posted in July 2025, how many votes does an idea need or how long does it need to be up before it is investigated?
